What you can expect

  • You support project managers in the creation of top management presentations.
  • You support the coordination and structuring of working groups, organize regular meetings, committees and workshops.
  • You take on project management tasks and keep an eye on defined goals.
  • You support the documentation, maintenance and preparation of work results.
  • You coordinate with stakeholders and relevant interfaces.
  • You relieve the project manager of administrative tasks and processes.

This is what you bring along

  • You have strong skills in the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
  • You have a passion for organizing and structuring tasks and projects.
  • You are enthusiastic about agile project structures and are interested in methodological knowledge in project management.
  • You have initiative, flexibility and the will to make a difference.
  • You are fluent in German and English (C1/C2 level).
  • You have an interest in digital transformation and are enthusiastic about the automotive sector.
