- As part of our PMO team, you will support our many projects in the automotive and e-commerce sectors with administrative tasks such as contributing to monthly invoicing and preparing performance records.
- You will also help new colleagues to settle in and familiarize themselves with their new tasks as part of their onboarding.
- In addition, you will be responsible for the entire filing of contractually relevant project documents and independently process incoming inquiries from the project teams.
- You will also be responsible for the administration of our time recording tool.
