- You analyze automotive user requirements and design new interaction concepts for vehicles of the future.
- On this basis, you will conceive and drive the interface design forward and translate it into a first-class, intuitive user experience.
- In doing so, you will develop new functionalities with reference to established UX/UI methods and frameworks and expand existing solutions with further touchpoints.
- Together with the process partners, you coordinate the intuitive and user-oriented concepts and ensure the design and functional quality from a usability point of view.
- You carry out best practice analyses and bring in new UX trends and ideas.
- You can use wireframing, prototyping and mockups to carry out usability and multi-variant tests.
- In agile development teams, you will work closely with other departments, design and implementation.
- You elaborate and evaluate concept variants for the affected scopes (e.g. wireframes, concept descriptions, click dummies).
- You organize review workshops with the relevant stakeholders.
- You coordinate and present concepts in the committees and departments as well as product lines.
- You document the concepts in the corresponding tools (e.g. Confluence Wiki, Jira, ...).
- You accompany the implementation and work with agile development teams

- Successfully completed studies in (media) informatics, communication design, human factors, user experience, psychology, media technology or a comparable qualification.
- Knowledge in the field of UX/UI or interaction concept development in the automotive sector.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to explain concepts in different areas in an understandable way.
- A feel for customer-oriented solutions in compliance with the technical requirements.
- Creativity in the implementation of new impulses.
- Deep understanding of technical contexts and the design of the human-machine interface.
- Versatile in wireframe creation (e.g. Figma, PowerPoint).
- Independent way of working and coordination within the agile teams and the associated departments.
- Familiar with agile methods and tools (Jira and Confluence).
- Experienced handling of common office tools.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
