Das erwartet Dich

  • In change or transformation projects, you will be responsible for the conception, further development and implementation of change management and/ or organisational development activities.
  • You will be responsible for project management of our client projects, client account management and lead acquisition activities.
  • As a Scaling Consultant, you will develop a step-by-step, needs-based approach together with the customer.
  • Depending on the requirements, you will use suitable agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, LeSS and Spotify organization) and apply them according to agile scaling patterns and principles.
  • You will conduct value stream analysis and rearrange organizational setups to best possibly follow the identified value streams.
  • During a SAFe implementation, you will design Agile Release Trains and provide training and coaching to help people get up to speed. You will train Business Owners, Release Train Engineers, Product Owners and Scrum Masters and support them as a sparring partner.
  • As an extension/ alternative to SAFe, you will support customers in developing and establishing their own agile scaled organisations, roles and processes.
  • You will raise awareness of issues such as communication, leadership and training, and lay the foundations for a learning organization.
  • You will foster mindsets and attitudes that embed agile values and principles. You will work closely with client colleagues.

Das bringst Du mit

  • An above-average degree, ideally with a focus on business, psychology, technology, IT or innovation.
  • Relevant work experience of at least 6 years in consulting in large companies, especially in coaching and training for scaled agility of a company or in an established management consultancy.
  • Experience in stakeholder management at executive level and strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience in the role of RTE or Agile Coach with knowledge and experience of (introducing) agile structures and ways of working as well as scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, Scrum@Scale etc.
  • Experience in leading, designing and delivering change and transformation programmes.
  • Certification as a SAFe programme consultant or LeSS trainer.
  • Agile patterns and principles are more important to you than the frameworks.
  • Knowledge and experience of (agile and/ or systemic) organizational development, change and crisis communication.
  • Automotive experience is a plus
