- Be part of a geographically distributed team, write, maintain, debug and deploy code to build software applications (mostly background services using Azure cloud) in accordance to the project requirements and translating those into code;
- Participate in code reviews as a common Agile Scrum/SAFe practice to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to ISO standards and other sector regulations;
- Writing documentation for code, APIs, and software architecture as essential part for maintaining and sharing knowledge within the development teams and for future references;
- Ensuring the security of applications (secure code) is critical and must follow the common security regulations/standards, identify vulnerabilities with help from designated teams, and implement security measures to protect their software from threats.

- Highly proficient in .NET C# / .Net Core and React.
- Have a good grasp of SOLID principles, (operating) system fundamentals - e.g. processes and process life-cycle, threads, sockets, pipes.
- Well-versed in Azure Pipelines (CI/CD) & Azure DevOps technologies, AKS, revision control, build pipelines, etc.
- Capable of communicating clearly with technical teams and non-technical teams (stakeholders/customers).
- Fluent English, fluent German very advantageous.
- Extensive professional experience of several years of systems/software engineering experience on *nix.
- Developing or working with test automation frameworks.
- System hardening experience - e.g. MAC/DAC, kernel, hardened toolchain configuration, config.
- Network security - e.g. firewall/routing/filtering/sniffing.
