- Completed university degree ideally with a focus on data science, engineering, or architecture.
- Several years of experience in leading data teams, ideally in a senior position.
- Ideally experience in developing and implementing data architectures as well as designing databases, data models, and data warehouses.
- Ideally experience with cloud-based architectures such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Snowflake.
- Strong technical skills in data science, data engineering, and data analysis, including knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Scala, SQL, Spark, Kafka, and TensorFlow.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You are a proactive problem solver with an agile mindset and approach.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to identify patterns and trends in data.
- Business orientation and understanding of the company's needs and goals.
- Supporting your team members in their personal and professional development is motivating for you and an essential foundation of your own success.
- Fluent in German (B2+) & English for customer contact.
