As a system architect and people lead (manager), you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of IT consultants and architects to deliver exceptional solutions and services to our clients. This role combines hands-on technical expertise as a system architect/solution architect with managerial responsibilities in guiding, mentoring and managing other consultants and architects.

You are enthusiastic about agile project structures, new methodological approaches and a modern technology stack.

You have several years of relevant professional experience as an IT, system, solution or enterprise architect in the digital/e-commerce environment.

You have experience in (agile) software development with Java, enterprise content management or enterprise e-commerce systems, design of cloud applications and architecture patterns.

You feel comfortable in this technological environment: modern architecture patterns, complex micro services, backend (Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot), frontend (TypeScript, React, NodeJS), AWS, Microsoft Azure.

You demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.

You have experience in facilitating technical collaboration and goal development between different organisations.

You have strong communication skills, a convincing manner and the ability to transport and implement architectural visions to different stakeholders/management.

Very good English skills, both spoken and written. German skills are a big plus.
