- Zusammen mit einem kleinen Team betreust du dein eigenes Projekt, nämlich die Weiterentwicklung eines Agile-Matrix-Tools zur Unterstützung unserer Kundenprojektteams. Dabei nutzt du Node.js und Power BI sowie weitere Technologien und state-of-the-art Methoden wie z.B. SCRUM.
- Im Rahmen der Entwicklung arbeitest du in 2-Wochen-Sprints, deren Ziele du selbst definierst. Auch die Definition des Backlogs gehört hier u.a. mit dazu.
- Du stehst mit den Projektteams, deinen Stakeholdern, im Austausch und unterstützt sie von der Erfassung ihrer Requirements bis hin zur Einführung des Tools in ihren Projekten.
- Du sammelst tiefgehende Erfahrung bei der Entwicklung von anspruchsvollen Projekt-KPIs für den täglichen Gebrauch in unseren Projekten – von internen Projekten, Kleinprojekten bis hin zum Kunden-Großprojekt. Dafür stehen dir leistungsfähiges Equipment und die aktuellen Frameworks (u.a. Spring, Spring Boot, Kubernetes) zur Verfügung.

- Du bist mitten in deinem Studium mit Software Engineering Bezug o. Ä., und suchst eine neue Herausforderung.
- Du hast Basiskenntnisse in Node.js (Backend - JavaScript / TypeScript), Power BI und SQL sowie Kenntnisse in Linux-, Git- und Docker-Kommandos. Kenntnisse in einer Cloud-Technologie sind ein Plus.
- Du bist vertraut mit agilen Methoden, bist offen für neue Technologien und arbeitest dich schnell in dir unbekannte Themen ein.
- Du arbeitest selbständig, selbstorganisiert sowie transparent und möchtest die zu entwickelnden Ergebnisse maßgeblich mitgestalten.

What do you like most about working at diconium?
The whole culture: I think it's great to be able to communicate with colleagues in a relaxed way via Microsoft Teams. This creates a very comfortable work atmosphere. I also enjoy the fact diconium offers a hybrid workplace that gives me the flexibility to decide from where I would like to work.
Challenges that are successfully mastered as a team must, of course, be celebrated. How does it look like in your team?
We have team meetings online and offline to celebrate and also to stay in touch with each other.
What advice would you give newcomers to diconium?
Be open-minded and brave! Don't hesitate to contribute your ideas and just try new things.

The "One diconium" approach, where you don't feel any team boundaries and everyone works together across departments and teams to achieve a common goal and also that our company values #courage #impact #mindfulness #collaboration are actually brought to life by everyone in the company and are not just empty words.
Challenges that are successfully mastered as a team must, of course, be celebrated. How does it look like in your team?
We did an awesome team event in Hamburg, where many of us saw each other as a team for the first time and had a great time together, with a workshop in our office right on the Elbe, a dinner on a private boat and a party. Our team also went to the legendary diconium summer party in Stuttgart together and partied hard.
What advice would you give newcomers to diconium?
Talk to the people! Get to know them, they have super interesting stories to tell and great knowledge to share. Be creative and challenge the status quo. Contribute your ideas, because that's what diconium is all about.
