As a Technical Product Owner / Proxy Product Owner (all genders), you are not only responsible for the technical consulting of our customers, but also for the responsibility as well as the implementation of projects during the complete development process; from initial contact to go live and beyond.

You deputise for the diconium teams and the actual PO on the client side, translating business cases between both groups and making recommendations.

In sparring with the project manager ("go to person") you convince with your technical expertise already in the pre-sales phase as well as in the requirements engineering, understand and argue technical solutions and recognise their risks - this on the solution side by taking responsibility for the architecture and making it even better.

You spar with the development teams regarding the requirements and testing (acceptance criteria) and also like to do some programming yourself, so that you always have your finger on the pulse of practice.

You proactively contribute to the internal knowledge transfer and strengthen the technological competence development in the team.

You are enthusiastic about agile project structures, new methodological approaches and a modern technology stack.

You have several years of relevant professional experience as a technical product owner, proxy product owner or software developer; preferably in the SAFe environment or in an agile automotive context.

You have strong methodological skills and you are proficient in technical requirements, architectural approaches and implementations.

You are more than just tech-savvy, have strong communication skills and enjoy providing technical advice to customers.

Desirable, but not a must: A successfully completed degree in (business) informatics or comparable training in IT.

You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.

Hi Anja, you have been working as an IT consultant at diconium for more than 6 years now and already have a total of 20 years of professional experience in the industry. Where does your enthusiasm for the IT field come from?
That was in my school days. My father started his own business when I was 11. Our children’s room became his office. He taught himself programming and created websites. Being online for the first time, dialing in via ISDN, we experienced all that live as children. When I was 16 or 17, I had the opportunity to take IT as an elective subject. IT and business studies were my best subjects, so it was relatively obvious to go in the direction of business informatics.
And how did you eventually come to work for diconium?
diconium was recommended to me by a friend seven years ago. The mindful atmosphere of the interview, the warm welcome in the first weeks as well as the many options to learn, grow and network made that choice easy. From the start, I had the feeling that my opinion mattered and is taken seriously.
Reflecting on your past projects, which one sticks out for you and why?
What really stands out for me is not so much a single project but the team spirit. Knowing the strengths and interests of each other, everybody has their eyes on both team happiness and project success. It’s an atmosphere where nobody is reluctant to reach out to others for help.
