Are you looking for an innovative, agile working environment in the e-commerce sector with an impact on champions as well as hidden champions? Then you have come to the right place! Become a pioneer of digital transformation and support our team!

Your duties

  • You will take over the leadership of an international software development team with focus on complex and highly available digital business solutions.
  • You are hands-on, but still have an eye for strategic topics such as the optimization of processes in software development.
  • You take care of your team, represent their interests and ensure that your team has the best possible working conditions & design individual development opportunities.
  • You will actively shape our open, positive working environment and culture, where people like to come to work and performance is valued.
  • Furthermore, your goal is to create reliable, innovative and sustainable platforms and systems for our customers to ensure their digital success.
  • You not only work for us, but also play a decisive role in our organisation, driving forward the constant optimisation of our location-independent cooperation model, among other things.

Your profile

  • Ideally you have several years of experience in the professional and disciplinary team management of an international team as well as a completed technical degree (computer science, business informatics or similar).
  • You bring along know-how in software development; ideally Javascript (+ modern front-end stack such as React, ES6, LESS) as well as knowledge of the current trends in e-commerce.
  • You see yourself as a servant leader with an agile mindset. Therefore you see leadership not as a position but as a task.
  • Your pleasure in agile software development (Scrum) as well as your knowledge of quality management of complex application architectures completes your profile.
  • You have an appreciative and goal-oriented communication style in German and English.

Our offer

  • Born digital: Benefit from our many years of experience and our agile up-to-date culture
  • Life-Work-Balance: Decide for yourself where and when you work: across locations in the Digital Workspace, part-time, completely flexible, taking a sabbatical – no problem with us.
  • Appreciation: We rely on flat hierarchies and are respectful, loyal and appreciative.
  • Perspectives: We offer very different and individually tailored career models and a steep learning curve.
  • Benefits: In addition to retirement provisions, employee discounts and a wide range of sports activities, we offer great company outings and – hopefully soon again – legendary parties.
  • Corona can't stop us: We remain steady even in stormy times & provide you with the support you need to work from home in a healthy and well-equipped manner. Remote onboarding included, of course!
