Your duties

You create compelling UI design languages and concepts, define their design DNA building blocks, and help shape the entire design process.
You develop screen designs and design systems across multiple touchpoints (web, mobile and embedded systems/HMI).
You lead the specification of the design as a template for development
You advise junior and intermediate designers in the pursuit of project goals.
You mediate between UX strategy, UX research, UX design and development.
You present your work to clients and engage in constructive dialogue with them.
You lead project teams professionally and motivate them to top performance.

Your profile

You have a degree in digital media, design or equivalent level of education.
You have seven years of experience as a UI designer with direct client contact is required.
You excel in design skills and have a strong methodical approach.
You are creative, analytical and have high design standards.
Expertise in Figma/Sketch (libraries, design systems) and Adobe CC is a must. Abstract is a plus.
You are comfortable with new challenges in state-of-the-art motion design and/or prototyping.
You have a deep understanding of the possibilities of new input and output technologies. Know-how in 3D engines (Unreal/Unity) is a plus.
You are familiar with agile methodologies and tools (Jira and Confluence).
You have design experience in automotive (InCar-HMI), mobility, finance and/or e-commerce.
You are a team player with strong communication skills.
You have business fluent English skills. German is a plus.
