You act confidently in the scaled agile organization (SAFe) as a member of the LACE team, Release Train Engineer (RTE), Senior Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master.
You help our teams identify and resolve issues and conflicts - both at the team and organizational level.
You mentor less experienced Scrum Masters /Agile Coaches and accompany them in their development in the long term.
You are in regular exchange with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches and bring new input into our Agile community.

At least 5 years of professional experience in relevant Agile roles.
At least 2 years of experience working with scaled agile teams (e.g. following SAFe).

You see yourself as a trainer and coach, possibly you also have a training as a systemic coach.

You are a regular guest and possibly even speaker at events on agile topics.
You regularly read articles/blogs/books on agile topics, possibly you are even an author.
You work with current methods such as virtual whiteboard tools (e.g. Miro) and invigorating facilitation approaches (e.g. Liberating Structures).
