Your duties

  • You are responsible for researching and pre-qualifying leads as well as building a sales pipeline.

  • You will be responsible for contacting potential customers via email, phone and/or social media - this is where you get to be creative!

  • In terms of social (media) selling you'll build rapport with the target audience to understand their needs, interests and issues.

  • You'll maintain customer interactions and information in our CRM platform.

  • Collecting feedback from leads with the goal of improving sales processes and discussing the findings with your team is also part of your responsibilities.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies in business administration, business informatics, electronic business/e-commerce or similar and have initial experience in the area of sales, business development or key accounts from your internships and/or working student activities. 

  • Experience working with Salesforce/ Hubspot/ leading CRM systems as well as LinkedIn sales navigator is a plus!

  • You demonstrate a strong desire to work independently and have a strong doer mentality and problem-solving skills.

  • You are motivated to learn how to leverage data and processes to build a successful sales organization.

  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken German and English complete your profile.
