Your duties

You are responsible for invoicing and sending outgoing invoices.
You reconcile OPOS accounts and carry out dunning runs.
You check and post down payment invoices.
Your tasks include master data maintenance.
Your support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements rounds off your area of responsibility.
Ensure that all tax compliance is accurately done (IVA, IRC, International Conventions and employee tax, etc. ).
Ensure compliance with the group accounting policies and internal control procedures.

Your profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and can already demonstrate at least 5 years of professional experience in the area of accounts receivable.
You have a higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar.
Ideally, you have already gained experience in the service or IT/software sector or digital agencies, but this is not a "must-have".
You have knowledge of Portuguese accounting and tax regulations.
You have a pronounced degree of service and customer orientation, strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
We expect you to be proficient in MS Office products.
You have a very good command of English.
You have a high affinity for numbers and good comprehension skills.
You work independently, are flexible and reliable.
You have proactivity, dynamism, strong sense of responsibility and strong work ethic
