Your duties

  • Your responsibilities as Director include leading, expanding and developing an IT service management team.

  • You will be responsible for your team and will be a competent contact person for your team and their project teams in difficult situations.

  • You are available to both the customer and the team as an escalation authority

  • You will be in direct contact with our customers, which range from medium-sized businesses to large corporations, and will be responsible for consulting and the subsequent development of joint strategies.

  • You will ensure that the team masters the current state of the art, recognizes, evaluates and introduces new developments.

  • You work with us not only on operational issues but also significantly on our organization, driving forward the continuous optimization of our location-independent cooperation model, among other things.

Your profile

  • Your German speaking level is at least C1 and you have fluent English speaking skills

    You already have many years of experience as IT Service Manager or comparable and are looking for the next career step.

    At best, you have experience in disciplinary team leadership, but at least in technical leadership.

    You set a good example in your role as a team leader and have an agile mindset, therefore you see leadership not as a position but as a task and have the ability to create a motivating, innovation-promoting environment.

    Your good technical understanding combined with your high communication and problem-solving skills make you a valuable employee with a strong service orientation.

    Your networked thinking, your communication skills and assertiveness as well as several years of experience enable you to play a decisive quality assurance role in our diverse projects.

    With regard to your customer contact and your team, you have an appreciative and goal-oriented communication style in German and English.

    Your strong sense of responsibility for process and quality issues completes your profile.
