- You accompany the development of digital services and products from a legal perspective from the very beginning. You translate legal requirements into technical and organizational designs in order to optimize the use of data despite legal restrictions and earmarks.
- You work closely with and translate between internal as well as external stakeholders (legal, IT security, product management, etc.) to identify legal risks early in product development and develop solutions.
- You create first drafts of relevant legal texts such as privacy notices, privacy consents, interest assessments, privacy impact assessments, transfer impact assessments, etc. and support specialists in further documentation work.
- You are the owner of optimization and simplification of data protection problems through technical solutions.
- You will also be responsible for formulating legal requirements for existing and new technical solutions and data products.
- In the outlined subject area, you follow legally relevant developments and contribute to the derivation of recommendations for action.
- You will independently acquire new knowledge in the context of ongoing legal developments in your respective area of responsibility.

- You have a Master's degree (e.g. law, business law, computer science) or a comparable course of study.
- You convince with excellent knowledge of data protection legislation according to DSGVO as well as related legal areas.
- In your portfolio, you can demonstrate relevant experience in the preparation of legally compliant consent/consent as well as weighing up interests.
- You have acquired very good analytical, organizational and conceptual skills in the past.
- You are comfortable using common project management tools and methods.
- You are strong in communication (German as well as English) and distinguish yourself through high customer orientation.
