Your duties

You accompany the development of digital services and products from a legal perspective from the very beginning. You translate legal requirements into technical and organizational designs in order to optimize the use of data despite legal restrictions and earmarks.
You work closely with and translate between internal as well as external stakeholders (legal, IT security, product management, etc.) to identify legal risks early in product development and develop solutions.
You create first drafts of relevant legal texts such as privacy notices, privacy consents, interest assessments, privacy impact assessments, transfer impact assessments, etc. and support specialists in further documentation work.
You are the owner of optimization and simplification of data protection problems through technical solutions.
You will also be responsible for formulating legal requirements for existing and new technical solutions and data products.
In the outlined subject area, you follow legally relevant developments and contribute to the derivation of recommendations for action.
You will independently acquire new knowledge in the context of ongoing legal developments in your respective area of responsibility.

Your profile

You have a Master's degree (e.g. law, business law, computer science) or a comparable course of study.
You convince with excellent knowledge of data protection legislation according to DSGVO as well as related legal areas.
In your portfolio, you can demonstrate relevant experience in the preparation of legally compliant consent/consent as well as weighing up interests.
You have acquired very good analytical, organizational and conceptual skills in the past.
You are comfortable using common project management tools and methods.
You are strong in communication (German as well as English) and distinguish yourself through high customer orientation.
