Your duties

  • As a Business Development Manager, you are the driving force for the acquisition of new clients for our strategy consulting unit.

  • You are responsible for the continous development of our sales processes, tools and templates and you empower our team in their use.

  • You support and orchestrate the team in the creation of strategically important pitches and ensure the special wow effect with our customers.

  • You identify interesting target customers for our consulting products and develop formats for a targeted approach to generate contacts and leads (e.g. in the form of white papers, social media posts, personalized cover letters).

  • You work closely with our strategy consultants, management as well as our marketing department. #collaboration

Your profile

  • You have several years of professional experience in sales or marketing, ideally with a service provider (e.g. professional services) or an agency.

  • You have successfully completed a degree in a relevant subject area (e.g. business, humanities, computer science) and are passionate about topics related to digitization, transformation and innovation.

  • You can grasp complex issues quickly, prepare them in an understandable form, and present them in a way that is appropriate for the target group.

  • You have strong communication and presentation skills.

  • You are a master of PowerPoint.

  • You also have knowledge of using CRM systems and online campaign management tools (e.g. Salesforce/ Hubspot / LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and derive recommendations from data.

  • Resourcefulness, pleasure of working with interdisciplinary teams and fluency in German and English round off your profile.
