Your duties

As a cloud specialist/consultant for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions & products, you advise our existing customers.
You act as sales support in new customer business.
You advise our customers on the optimal use of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and products.
In the customer context, you will accompany the requirements gathering and the conception phase
You continuously support our customers in the use of AEC products & solutions (success stories / best practices ...).
You work closely with the strategic project management.
You accompany the quality assurance in the projects.
Internal know-how development and transfer are also part of your job.
You provide impetus both internally and to our customers and deal with current trends and innovations.

Your profile

You have general experience in dealing with enterprise marketing & analytics solutions and products.
You have project and customer experience
You have experience in the conception and moderation of customer workshops.
You have very good analytical skills and a strong interest in data-driven business models.
Fluency in English rounds off your profile.
