How would you describe your time at diconium so far in three words?

What do you like most about working at diconium?

The whole culture: I think it's great to be able to communicate with colleagues in a relaxed way via Microsoft Teams. This creates a very comfortable work atmosphere. I also enjoy the fact diconium offers a hybrid workplace that gives me the flexibility to decide from where I would like to work.

Challenges that are successfully mastered as a team must, of course, be celebrated. How does it look like in your team?

We have team meetings online and offline to celebrate and also to stay in touch with each other.

What advice would you give newcomers to diconium?

Be open-minded and brave! Don't hesitate to contribute your ideas and just try new things.

I love the culture. It is diverse, transparent and positive.

The Active Sourcing team is a small but very cooperative and innovative one. We are also persistent in trying out new things and we encourage each other in our daily development.

What advice would you give newcomers to diconium?

Be yourself, never stop learning, reach for the stars and have fun doing what you do!

What do you like most about working at diconium?

The "One diconium" approach, where you don't feel any team boundaries and everyone works together across departments and teams to achieve a common goal and also that our company values #courage #impact #mindfulness #collaboration are actually brought to life by everyone in the company and are not just empty words.

Challenges that are successfully mastered as a team must, of course, be celebrated. How does it look like in your team?

We did an awesome team event in Hamburg, where many of us saw each other as a team for the first time and had a great time together, with a workshop in our office right on the Elbe, a dinner on a private boat and a party. Our team also went to the legendary diconium summer party in Stuttgart together and partied hard.

What advice would you give newcomers to diconium?

Talk to the people! Get to know them, they have super interesting stories to tell and great knowledge to share. Be creative and challenge the status quo. Contribute your ideas, because that's what diconium is all about.
