Hi Rashmi, the option to work from home or work from another EU country is one of the changes that have come along in the last three years. What have you learned about your preferred way of working since then?

Currently, with most teams working in a remote team setup, transparency, trust, and clear communication are essential for success.

What advice would you give a newcomer at diconium?

Don’t be hesitant to pitch in your ideas. We are very supportive of any new initiatives. You will come across a lot of exceptionally great colleagues who are always there to support you.
