For over 25 years, we have been accompanying companies on this path as a partner with our entire expertise. End-to-end: from strategy, technology and data to organization and transformation.

Our support and operations team is a specialized unit within the company. All employees are located in one of our offices worldwide. This unit is responsible for helping a company’s support team be more productive, work more effectively, and deliver better service to the customers.

As a S&O team our main vision is to establish lean scalable support processes for platform customers, to enable low-risk releases and also identify & address bottlenecks.

Who are we?

As SRE we focus on bringing the software development view to the Service Management by defining Service Level Indicator (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to reduce the MTTR (Mean Time to Resolve) and bringing more observability to the distributed systems, and also introducing Error budgets

How do we work?

The S&O team is structured across the global diconium group and brings all experts together remotely or on-site to share experience and knowledge. This enables diconium to translate the needs and requirements of its customers into the best possible solutions.
